Tempest Therapeutics entered a development collaboration with Senlang Biotechnology to advance in vivo CAR-T programs, including CD7-targeted mRNA/LNP TPST-4003, with first patient dosing anticipated in Q4 2026 and initial data in H1 2027. The partnership includes an investigator-initiated China trial of about 10 patients and selects Cincinnati Children’s AGCTC for technology transfer of TPST-2003. Two new directors were appointed.
