Telstra reported FY2026 revenue of about A$23.4 billion and net profit after tax of about A$2.4 billion, while responding to an external review of a 8 July 2026 network outage. The disruption affected parts of mobile and data services, including some Triple Zero connections and regional train services, with findings citing weaknesses in the network timing function. The company still announced a 21 cents per share dividend and a new up-to A$1 billion buy-back, and plans further connectivity investment under Connected Future 30.
