Telomir-Zn Preclinical Study Published Showing Tumor Suppression in Prostate and TNBC Models
Telomir Pharmaceuticals reported peer-reviewed preclinical findings for Telomir-Zn, showing anti-cancer effects driven by intracellular iron depletion. In a prostate cancer model, oral dosing suppressed tumor growth and reactivated multiple silenced tumor-suppressor genes. In TNBC xenografts, it reduced metastatic spread in HCC1806 and worked with paclitaxel in BT-549, while MDA-MB-231 showed no response, suggesting heterogeneous sensitivity.
