Teledyne to Acquire Varex Imaging in $1.1B Cash Deal
Teledyne will acquire Varex by purchasing all common stock for $18.90 per share in cash, integrating Varex’s X-ray tubes, digital detectors, and photon-counting technology into Teledyne’s medical imaging portfolio. Both boards unanimously approved the definitive agreement, which is expected to close in early 2027 pending regulatory approvals and Varex shareholder approval.
