Teledyne Technologies said Teledyne Qioptiq received the first option from Germany’s Bundeswehr for PHOENIX-XR cooled weapons sights worth more than $21 million. After this tranche, it will have delivered over 1,000 PHOENIX-XR units to the German Ministry of Defence, reinforcing its role as Europe’s leading supplier of ITAR-free cooled thermal weapon sights.
