Teledyne HiRel will offer Everspin’s 256Mb PERSYST STT-MRAM as part of its memory portfolio for military and aerospace customers, covering applications such as avionics, VPX, radar and electronic warfare payloads, satellite electronics and autonomous systems. The deal also includes 64Mb and 128Mb options, with customer availability expected in Q4 2026.
