A Tata Consultancy Services subsidiary, HyperVault, and partners plan to invest up to 700 billion rupees (about $7.41 billion) to build a 1 gigawatt AI data center campus in Telangana. HyperVault has secured 264 acres in Hyderabad for phased development aimed at AI companies and hyperscalers, supporting high-density GPU deployments for training and inference. The company says it will be among India’s largest AI infrastructure facilities and notes Hyderabad’s scale for global customers.
