TCS to Acquire Porsche Subsidiary MHP for €320M as Deal Signs for 5 Years
Porsche has signed a five-year strategic deal with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) worth €1.25 billion. The agreement includes TCS acquiring Porsche subsidiary MHP for €320 million, expected to close in 3–4 months. TCS says MHP brings expertise in automotive and industrial consulting, digital transformation, AI, and manufacturing digitalisation.
