Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched a Global Value & Innovation Centres (GVIC) Business Unit to help organizations set up AI-native Global Capability Centres and transform existing centres into value- and innovation-driven operations. Soumen Roy, formerly TCS Canada country head, will lead the unit and report to CEO K. Krithivasan. TCS serves 150+ enterprises across 56 countries and 194 delivery centres.
