Tata Power Renewable Energy commissions 190.5MW solar plant in Rajasthan
Tata Power Renewable Energy commissioned a 190.5MW solar project at Kalasar, Rajasthan, under SJVN firm and FDRE tranches. The plant supplies distribution companies in Haryana, Maharashtra and Noida and includes a 115MWh advanced BESS plus grid support systems for dispatchable renewables. It raises TPREL’s renewable utility capacity to 12.4GW, with 6.9GW already operating.
