Tata Advanced Systems and the Javelin Joint Venture, involving Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, signed an MoU to co-produce Javelin All Up Round missile systems in India. The deal supports ongoing Javelin production, creates opportunities for Indian industry and a defence workforce, and sustains US jobs via multi-year sub-assembly kit production at Lockheed Martin’s Troy, Alabama facility and guidance electronics at Raytheon’s Tucson, Arizona site, aimed at improving Indo-Pacific readiness.
