Targa Resources announced new 20-year, fee-based agreements with ExxonMobil subsidiaries for integrated natural gas gathering and processing and downstream services across the Permian Basin. The deals extend Targa’s Permian Midland arrangements through 2046 and include acreage dedications in Delaware and Midland. Targa also plans three new natural gas processing plants in the Permian Delaware, expected to start service in the first half of 2028, with up to five additional plants under evaluation.
