Take-Two has petitioned Microsoft and Discord in federal court for records tied to GTA 6 gameplay leaks before the November launch. Microsoft must turn over by Sept. 4 internal business and investigative records from its ‘cyberleek’ probe to identify users and devices on systems tied to accounts communicating with specified Discord servers. Discord faces the same deadline for related account handles, including CYBERLEEK CINEMATICROCKSTAR, Surfer24k, cyberleek_west and Ødyssey.gg (Matthew Matt Judge).
