Systemair corrected its AGM dividend record date, previously stated as 31 September 2026, to the proper date of 31 August 2026 for the dividend approved by the Annual General Meeting. The AGM also approved a dividend of SEK 1.45 per share and granted discharge from liability for 2025/2026, alongside several resolutions on remuneration and share repurchase authorization.
