Systemair’s AGM approved the board’s proposal for a dividend of SEK 1.45 per share, payable on 3 September 2026 via Euroclear Sweden. The meeting granted discharge to the board and CEO for 2025/2026, re-elected Gerald Engström as vice chairman, approved board remuneration and auditor fees, set senior executive remuneration guidelines, and authorised share repurchases for LTIP 2025 plus potential new share issuance.
