Swiss Re Reports Higher First-Half 2026 Earnings and Claims Support
Swiss Re reported first-half 2026 net income of USD 2.8 billion, up 9% year over year, with second-quarter net income of USD 1.3 billion. The company supported clients with more than USD 17 billion in claims payments and posted a first-half insurance service result of USD 3.5 billion.
