Swire Pacific Reports Record First-Half Profit as Investments Hit New High

Swire Pacific posted a record recurring underlying profit of HK$6.96 billion (US$887 million) for the first half of 2026, up 48% year on year, and said it is confident about the rest of the year. Investment also reached a new high, with Cathay Group putting HK$150 billion to mainland China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, plus Swire Properties at HK$100 billion and Swire Coca-Cola at 12 billion yuan. The airline committed about HK$150 billion for its fleet, cabin and lounge and digital innovation.
