SurgePays formed Redline Wireless Group, LLC, a Wyoming joint venture to market, distribute, and support prepaid wireless services nationwide through a dealer network of more than 20,000 active independent prepaid wireless dealers. Redline combines SurgePays’ MVNO infrastructure and operations center with the partner’s distribution channel, with ownership split 51% SurgePays and 49% the contributing member.
