Superior Group Amends and Extends $200M Senior Secured Credit Facilities

Superior Group of Companies entered into an amended and restated credit agreement with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. The $125 million revolving credit facility and $75 million term loan remain unchanged, and the company can request up to $75 million of incremental capacity. The five-year term extends debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031, providing $200 million in committed capacity for its strategy.
