Starbucks Cuts 224 Seattle HQ Jobs as Nashville Expansion Continues

Starbucks is continuing its corporate restructuring under CEO Brian Niccol by issuing WARN notices affecting its Seattle Support Center and nearby headquarters roles. A Washington filing reported 252 Seattle Support Center employees impacted, while a separate notice covers 224 at or reporting to the Seattle headquarters. About 120 workers were offered transfers to Nashville but declined; initial separations are set for Oct. 19 and all layoffs by Nov. 1.
