Star Health and Allied Insurance Company has settled more than 6 lakh health insurance claims worth over ₹3,200 crore in West Bengal since it began operations there. In FY 2025-26, it settled over 1.18 lakh claims worth above ₹600 crore. With 60+ branches and 650+ network hospitals, it aims to improve access to care through faster cashless processing, telemedicine, home healthcare support, and “Talk to Star” guidance, while preventive check-ups rose 42% to 5.48 lakh in FY26.
