Spotify Board Approves $1.5 Billion Increase to Share Repurchase Plan
Spotify’s board approved an additional $1.5 billion for its share repurchase program, raising total authorization to about $2.223 billion, with $723 million remaining under the prior plan. Repurchases can be made from time to time while shareholder authorization for board repurchases remains in force, including renewals, subject to SEC and other legal requirements and factors like market conditions and alternative investments.
