SpiceJet seeks more time in Delhi HC to pay ₹144.5 crore dues
Debt-laden airline SpiceJet asked the Delhi High Court for more time to pay a first instalment of Rs 144.5 crore due to KAL Airways and Kalanithi Maran, citing delays in receiving government-backed financial support. The court-linked schedule had set Rs 50 crore to be deposited by 27 August, with the remainder later, after an arbitration award dispute over funding.
