SPG has purchased Dallas-Fort Worth custom crate and protective packaging developer DFW Crating & Packaging. The acquisition adds SPG a foothold in the region, complementary know-how, established client relationships, and an existing workforce. DFW Crating will keep trading under its name from its Grand Prairie facility while operating with SPG’s wider North America network.
