Spectrum Voice residential and small business customers can activate Emergency Call Alerts for 911 calls lasting over 30 seconds. Up to five designated emergency contacts receive notifications by text or email when a 911 call is placed from the customer’s voice line. The feature aims to reduce delays in alerting family and caregivers during home emergencies and provide peace of mind.
