Southwest to Open Airport Lounges in Austin, Baltimore, Honolulu and Nashville
Southwest Airlines unveiled plans for an airport lounge network, with first locations in Austin, Texas; Baltimore; Honolulu; and Nashville, Tennessee. Construction is underway, and the lounges are expected to open in late 2027. The airline is partnering with Chase, drawing on the Sapphire Reserve Lounge Network, and says a premium Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card launching next year will provide access.
