Southland Holdings Reworks Surety Financing to Support Infrastructure Backlog
Southland reported $58.97 million of Bonding Surety Financing as of June 30 at a 4% annual interest rate from advance deposit dates. The company expects to convert $150.86 million of Non-Bonding Financing into preferred shares for participating sureties. The agreements executed Aug. 13 set terms for more than $200 million of surety financing and modify a credit facility with a $96.4 million balance.
