SM Warehouses, part of SM Prime Holdings, is expanding its logistics footprint in response to rising warehouse and distribution demand in the Philippines. The unit is pursuing opportunities nationwide, working with third-party logistics, e-commerce platforms, and regional warehousing partners. SM Warehouses has added new space for SPX Express and Scommerce Philippines, including a 40,000-square-meter facility in Pasig, and previously secured an 86,000-square-meter lease at Silangan Warehouse in Laguna.
