SM Prime’s SM Warehouses turned over a 40,000-square-metre logistics facility in Pasig City for Shopee partners SPX Express and Scommerce. With an earlier multi-year lease for about 86,000 square metres in Laguna, SM Prime’s total Shopee logistics space in Pasig and Laguna exceeds 126,000 square metres. The Pasig hub is designed as an urban distribution center to bring inventory closer to Metro Manila customers and support faster processing and delivery, benefiting local MSMEs.
