SM Prime Reports Flat First-Half 2026 Earnings on Higher Costs
SM Prime Holdings posted flat first-half 2026 net income of ₱24.5 billion as revenues rose 5% to ₱71.7 billion but costs climbed nearly 6% to ₱35.6 billion. Mall, hotel and office revenues increased, supported by occupancy, bookings and space take-up, while higher depreciation, overhead and construction expenses offset gains.
