SM Prime plans mall expansions across three economic hubs to support MSMEs, generate local employment, and strengthen communities. SM City Iloilo North Block will get a P1.7 billion mixed-use addition of about 35,000 sq m, Tomas a P1.2 billion third level, and SM City Naga a two-storey expansion of roughly 9,000 sq m for P1.2 billion. The firm also reported flat first-half income as costs and construction expenses rose.
