SLB to buy Kelvion for $4.1B to expand data center business
SLB will pay $3.4 billion in cash and assume about $700 million of Kelvion debt to expand its data center solutions business. The deal, involving Apollo’s majority ownership and Triton’s minority interest, is expected to close in the first half of 2027. SLB expects combined data center revenue of $4.5 billion to $5 billion by 2028 while reaffirming plans to return more than $4 billion to shareholders.
