Skanska has signed a $64 million contract with the City of Vancouver, Washington to build a new public works operations campus consolidating and modernizing municipal infrastructure maintenance and construction. The project covers 13 buildings totaling about 21,700 square meters and 3,400 square meters of covered parking, with site development including stormwater systems. Preparatory work started in December 2025, with completion expected in July 2028, adding to U.S. order intake for Q3 2026.
