SK Hynix Restructures Solidigm and Considers Nasdaq Listing for AI
SK Hynix began restructuring Solidigm by converting it into a US AI company and creating a new subsidiary to house legacy NAND flash and SSD businesses. It also formally launched plans to invest more than $4 billion in Indiana for an HBM production base, while pursuing capital via US markets, including ADR issuance, and reviewing a Nasdaq listing to fund AI expansion.
