SK Hynix ADRs Near IPO-Era Highs After July Volatility
SK Hynix priced its Nasdaq listing at $149 on July 9, closed at $168.01, then rose to about $194 on July 13 before falling to $124.80 late July. Shares in Seoul slid 15.4%, its worst day in nearly two decades. It then reported record Q2 results—79.32 trillion won revenue and 76% operating margin—yet investors sold amid fears the memory cycle peaked. ADRs later rallied over 50% from the lows, nearing IPO highs.
