SJVN Marks COD for 75 MW Jamui Solar Project in Bihar

SJVN has achieved the commercial operation date for its 75 MW Jamui Solar Power Project in Bihar, executed through wholly owned subsidiary SJVN Green Energy Limited. The plant was developed on over 300 acres of purchased land in Jamui district with an estimated cost of Rs 342 crore. It is expected to generate about 90 million units in the first year and supply power to Bihar at a fixed tariff of Rs 2.96 per unit.
