Singapore Defends Singapore Airlines' Air India Investment as Losses Persist
Temasek publicly backed its support for Air India, where Singapore Airlines holds a 25.1% stake. The minister argued tougher overseas years are part of global competition, as Air India’s losses widened to $2.33 billion and its turnaround may take up to a decade, following questions over the funding request.
