Simcere Zaiming Licenses SIM0660 to Roche in Up to $1.53B Deal
Simcere Zaiming has signed an exclusive global license agreement with Roche for SIM0660, a tri-specific antibody targeting CD79a, CD19 and CD3. The deal is worth up to $1.53 billion, including a $75 million upfront payment and tiered double-digit royalties. SIM0660 is in preclinical/early development, designed to drive T-cell cytotoxicity while limiting cytokine release.
