SHKP and AXA announced a major 10-year lease for the International Gateway Centre (IGC), with AXA committing about 97,500 sq ft across two and a half floors for a distribution office and one-stop wealth management hub. Occupancy is scheduled for early 2028. IGC includes twin Grade-A towers with about 2.5 million sq ft of premium space and a staged retail podium totaling over 600,000 sq ft.
