Shinsegae Group will expand a talent training program for young people in non-metropolitan areas to build job competencies and improve employment prospects. Under the K-New Deal Academy with Korea’s trade and employment ministries, it will deliver practical field training using the group’s education infrastructure. Major affiliates including E-Mart, Shinsegae Food, Chosun Hotel & Resort, and Shinsegae I&C will offer track-based courses for non-metro trainees.
