Shell, QatarEnergy and Sonangol E&P signed Heads of Terms with Angola’s ANPG for Risk Service Contracts covering offshore Blocks 8 and 22. The deal sets Shell as operator with a 50% interest, QatarEnergy at 30% and Sonangol at 20%. Signed in Luanda alongside the Angola Oil & Gas Conference, it supports Shell’s renewed engagement and evaluation of Angola’s offshore potential.
