Shell agreed to take full control of Tri Star Energy in the U.S., adding 320 fuel and convenience retail sites in Tennessee and nearby states, plus fuel-supply agreements for 552 dealer-owned locations. The deal is expected to close by end-2026, pending regulatory approval, and would expand Shell’s company-owned convenience footprint and dealer supply coverage across the southern United States.
