Shell’s Annual Report and Accounts 2025, published in 2026, includes extensive sustainability reporting, including reported gross greenhouse-gas emissions for 2025 and a focus on transition spending. Shell reports total gross emissions of about 8 million tonnes for Scope 2 and highlights 836 million tonnes CO₂e from Scope 3. It reports $20.9 billion capex for 2025, with about one in ten dollars classified as low-carbon energy investment, and plans to sell more LNG and add over 1 million boe/d of new production by 2030.
