Shareholder sues Vail Resorts over alleged illegal Epic Pass pricing
A shareholder sued Vail Resorts and its board in federal court, alleging the company and competitors illegally coordinated Epic Pass pricing and misled investors about compliance. Vail says the pass drives 65% of lift sales and is used by roughly 2.3 million skiers in 2024–2025. The suit follows two consumer class actions over alleged price gouging and securities-law violations.
