Shanghai Electric s Taonan green methanol project underpins a north-to-south green-fuel corridor linking Jilin production, Dalian Port transit and storage, and Shanghai Port bunkering. Shanghai, Jilin and Liaoning launched the joint transportation corridor on June 30. On August 17, Shanghai Electric partnered with Shanghai International Port Group and CMA CGM for an 8,000-ton biomethanol bunkering operation, the largest single bunkering on record.
