Shake Shack to open first Volusia County spot at LPGA Boulevard

Developers are expanding the LPGA Boulevard area in Daytona Beach with new retail and dining options, including the first Shake Shack in Volusia County. Equinox Development is building at the Cornerstone Exchange retail center, near Cornerstone Office Park. Twin Peaks opened in March 2023, and additional restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Swig, Mattress Warehouse, and Jeff’s Bagel Run are set to join soon.
