ServiceNow to cut nearly 300 jobs in Silicon Valley, shifting to AI
ServiceNow’s latest AI-driven reorganization includes layoffs in Silicon Valley, with the company aiming to end 2026 at roughly the same employee level as it began the year. It started 2026 with about 29,000 staff and currently has about 30,000, leaving room for additional reductions. The cuts take effect Sept. 28, with headcount managed to support AI-focused skills.
