ServiceNow Opens First Brazil Office, Expands Academic AI Training Partnerships

ServiceNow opened its first dedicated Brazil office in São Paulo and announced new academic partnerships to grow an AI-ready workforce. The 1,765-square-meter office and collaborations with SENAI-SP and Inteli support the regional AI talent pipeline. A 2025 SENAI-SP program already reached over 1,500 participants, with 719 graduates and 808 enrolled, as demand for AI in the region nears quadruple levels.
