Sembcorp Green Infra Moves Ahead With IPO Offering Up to ₹3,750 Cr
Singapore-based Sembcorp Green Energy has started its listing process by issuing a fresh offering of up to ₹3,750 crore. The company said the proceeds will support debt repayment and it has 3.60 GW operational capacity plus 4.04 GW under construction, including solar, hybrid and storage-linked projects, with most operational solar run in-house.
