Seatrium and Petrobras Discuss Natural Gas Offshore Collaboration for Asia Demand
Petrobras and Seatrium are discussing a potential offshore tie-up to help liquefy natural gas offshore and support exports to Asia. The CEOs spoke after christening two FPSO vessels bound for Brazil’s deepwater Buzios field, expected to lift national production by 10% and add about 450,000 barrels per day. Petrobras also recently resolved a long-standing legal issue tied to the 2014 Operation Car Wash corruption scandal.
